Waukesha Family Practice - Directions:
The Waukesha Family Practice Center is located in the Barstow Building between North Street and St. Paul Avenue on NW Barstow.
When traveling east or west on I-94, exit at HWY F (turns into North Street) approximately 2.7 miles straight into Waukesha. Make no turns until you reach the third stop light, where you turn left (east) onto NW Barstow Street.
The Waukesha Family Practice Center is a three story brick building on the right hand side. Patient parking and the main entrance are on the south side of the building.
