SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
New Patients
At the time of your first appointment at our clinic please:
1. Arrive early for registration
2. Bring old medical records
3. Bring all medication.
All Patients
We strongly encourage appointments for all visits to our Center, including physician visits, lab tests, nursing blood pressure checks, injections and x-rays. A routine appointment, such as pap smears, general physicals and well-child exams should be made as far in advance as possible. For urgent appointments, call us as soon as you feel you may need physician care.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so that other patients can be seen during your appointment time. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are recorded and repeated occurrences are billed.
