The Waukesha Family Practice Center is a comprehensive practice serving Waukesha County families since 1976. The Center offers a unique partnership between Medical College of Wisconsin and Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We provide team care by a resident physician, faculty physician and nurse.

The mission of the Waukesha Family Practice Center is to achieve excellence in family and community healthcare by providing:
