10/31/06: Happy Halloween!!! Check out pics from the day.
10/27/06: Because of recent issues we have been having over the last few weeks regarding accidental signing of orders, everyone should be unchecking "sign clinical list changes" when working with updates in Centricity unless they specifically need to.
10/24/06: Our 30th Anniversary celebration was a success. Check out some great pics from the night.
10/16/06: Do you have what it takes? Try The Waukesha Family Practice Website Challenge quiz and see how you fare.
10/13/06: According to IS the recent novell pop up messages are "nothing to be worried about".
10/12/06: The Citrix Server upgrade went well. Printers in Centricity should now be working consitently. Please let me know if they are not.
9/29/06: Please continue to let me know when the printers go down, however you do not need to send me any information.
9/28/06: On October 8th Harold in the IS Dept. will be upgrading the Citrix Servers. We hope and are assuming this will fix the many issues we have had with the printers getting dropped in Centricity. We want to apologize for these issues and let you to know that we are continuing to look into and fix this problem as soon as possible.
9/18/06: Last week we had some issues with the interface between IDX and Centricity. This was where appointments made in IDX were not carrying over correctly in Centricity. After the Centricity team did some investigating it turned out that the patient had two separate charts. The front staff was working with one and the nursing staff was working with the other. Needless to say this is what the problem was. Please be aware of this in the future as I am sure we will have this problem with another patient. |
